Oldest of seven children, born in Everett, Massachusetts, as a young child moved to Southern Ohio, to a small town where we attended the local Catholic school, and public high school. Graduated from Antioch University with a B.A. in Psychology, PhD., MBA from University of Findlay, MEd. from Xavier University. Married to lovely Nancy, one son, Brian, who is married and lives in the UK with his lovely wife and son. Work life started a laborer, machinist, lab technician, furniture salesman, carpenter, renovating old houses, supervisor, and a myriad of other careers. Produced, directed and shot local community video with brother Geoff, wife Nancy, and Geoff's wife, Stephanie. For years enjoyed sailing, canoeing, hiking, nature photography, writing, reading, and art. Professionally recorded local bands in the 1980's in Cincinnati and produced a number of music videos. Classroom volunteer at son's grade school, and soccer coach. Taught college in Hazard, Kentucky, and in the mountains of Virginia. Presently tutors and advises high school and college students on preparation for careers, including apprenticeships, community college, college, and graduate school. Love getting together with my wife, immediate family, extended family, and close friends!
